Alan Brinkley

Alan Brinkley specializes in the history of twentieth-century America. Brinkley is the Allan Nevins Professor of History at Columbia University. He has won the Guggenheim Fellowship and the National Book Award for History, among others. He was elected a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
