JFK to Congress: Inequality is unconstitutional

Happy 100^th birthday, Emancipation Proclamation! Too bad we still have a long way to go. JFK sends a message to Congress: End segregation. Make this the law. Every person in America, no matter his or her race or color, should be able to vote, go to school, work a job, and enjoy any restaurant, theater, hotel, or other place he or she chooses. Race discrimination is wrong. Equality is right.
