An ambitious plan to strengthen the economy

Every year the President tells us how things are going. It’s called the State of the Union. This year he’s got a surprise- the gift of dollars. He says things are good, but they could be better. As long we’re not in any expensive wars, the government doesn’t need all that tax money. Keep it, America! Spend it. Hire more workers. JFK proposes tax cuts across the boards, huge tax cuts.
