Bay of Pigs POWs have been released

At the Orange Bowl in Miami, the soldiers of la Brigada 2506 are home! Since they were captured in the Bay of Pigs invasion in April ‘61, JFK has been hammering out a deal with Fidel Castro. First, it was tractors for freedom, but it’s been a tough year with Cuba, and Castro’s demands went up. The final deal: the soldiers’ freedom for Millions in baby food and medical supplies.
