Hello COMSAT - The world will talk from space

The world will talk. JFK has signed the Communications Satellite Act. The President is now in charge of a corporation called COMSAT. If all goes as planned COMSAT will launch a satellite that any company in any country can use to broadcast TV, radio, and more. Global communication might = global peace, says JFK.
