Judge Thurgood Marshall now presiding

African American justice! Remember Thurgood Marshall, the NAACP lawyer who won the Brown v. Board of Ed case 5 years ago? JFK just made him a judge in the Federal Court of Appeals, 2^nd Circuit- He's not the first African American to bang the gavel, but maybe the most radical... or most liberal... depending on which side of the fence you're on. Either way, things are going to change around here.
